wow this NOTE 2 forum really moving fast now at version 10... reached page 100 and soon going V11 ha.. freaking hard to follow..

anyway i would like to have a NOTE 2.. but then thinking is it ok wait another 5 months, but worry NOTE 2 technology could be outdated after 5 months.. what extra features we could expect if buy after 5 months.. ? any significant improvements for current drawbacks ? increase of storage ?

or just get it now ? what u guys opinion ? ofcoz getting after 5 months the price wont be same.. do you guys think, price at TELCOs which comes with bundle, will be drop or they maintain same price even after 5 months ?

for CELCOM the mobile internet speed stated can go up to 3.6mbps, regardless 1 GB or 3GB..

for DIGI regardless dataplan 1GB 3GB 5GB, average Speeds up to 700kbps

so which is better choice CELCOM / DIGI... is that celcom really can go up to 3.6mbps ?

any user here for both telco ? i planned to take SGNote 2... but not sure which TELCO is good deal.. since mobil internet using is my main concern..


need advise pls..

oh thanks for the advise bro, ya looks like DIGI coverage at my home not optimum.. if i go for DIGI internet plan i believe wont receive good speed, previously used maxis.. network coverage was good inside house..

CELCOM and MAXIS should be equal in term of coverage and mobile internet speed, im not sure enlighten me

MAXIS voice 50 + data 3GB 68 = 118
CELCOM voice 40 + data 3GB 58 = 98


basically we pay that voice plan for nothing, unless we reach the quota always.. believe most of us less reaching that voice.. since already talking via wssup, skype and chatting on dataplan..

how nice if they set pay per use, like DIGI.. so we dont waste money on their fixed voice plan..

ya i agree mobile internet speed wise, MAXIS rules followed by CELCOM.. both anywhere can get coverage..
i dont understand what P2P some talking about here, is that downloading movies or something ?

but currently im DIGI customer... so i planned to device and i dont see that surfmore package..
unless i get device outside and get surfmore plan..

Getting from TELCO MAXIS, any free gifts we getting for bundle package ?

so if its 12/24 months contract.. we pay the phone price and also the upfront payment right.. not the whole amount for subscribe period am i right ?

example..

surfmore 75 - 12months - phone price 1649 - upfront 250 ?

so i pay 1649+250 ? or 75 X 12 + 1649 + 250 ?

not sure what is the upfront for surfmore 50/75...

what kind issues for the phone purchased at MAXIS, so current batch having issues ? should wait for another batch ? is that like first batch manufactured and quality checked at KOREA so phone more solid, and now manufacturing and quality checking done at CHINA.. we seeing issues ?

this is what happened to GALAXY S 2 9100G my colleague bought it hell of problem, and he complained till money refunded he bought MOTO RAZR...

the first batch GALAXY S 2 9100, other 3 colleagues bought which came from KOREA fine.. when 4th friend bought the manufacturing shifted to CHINA where no more 9100, its 9100G.. which problematic..


anyway most of the phones now manufactured at CHINA, so what we can say.. maybe the chipsets was giving issues..

S 2 9100 uses Exynos chipset ....... S 2 9100G uses TI OMAP 4430

Any MAXIS users here signed for surfmore plan ? im just wondering is that really true MAXIS never charge if quota exceeded, and they just throttle the bandwidth...

how about the bill.. no addtional charges like tax and extra ? apart from the voice and data charge...

why what happened ? which samsung service centre to one to one exchange ? u got ur SME mobile from TELCO ?

u mean PJ BRANCH.. is it inside DIGITAL MALL ?
samsung warranty 1 year for original set, if any faulty can ask one to one ,exchange already ? looks good deal..

head ache head ache.. what... is it TELCO no stocks and just pushing back those faulty units to new subscribers, to get more business ? i keep hearing more SGNOTE2 issues...

so all of the getting one to one exchange similar to u ? so when u get ur unit at MAXIS, tested over there everything cool.. then back home tried u encounter problem ?

quite weird how those faulty units could drop at MAXIS, is it randomly getting those units.. you and others happened to be the luckiest one to get those faulty units.. sure those getting from CELCOM / DIGI might face similiar or some other issues.. what u think ?

if we put blame just on MAXIS does not make sense, since they not manufacturing the devices.. just importing from CHINA.. so basically quality never checked properly and approved for shipment.. then drop at MAXIS and you got it..
maybe if i go and buy from any of the TELCO.. chances to have bad units still bright.. we believe getting from TELCO are perfect but its not..

my Bro in law just got NOTE 2 white at DIGITAL MALL, samsung warranty ori for RM2200.. looks good so far..
there is samsung dealer just opposite, selling for RM2300...
