I have received call from Maxis the next day itself. Unfortunately they say infrastructure issue and they cannot process until October.
Not sure if you know if this impact UNIFI applications as well?

Currently TM having issue on ALU Alcatel Lucent Modem. Many areas are affected, TM estimated to solve the problems on end of this month. Since, Maxis are using TM Fiber Line and modem on those area so it will be affected.
