well, if you plan properly..why not..

take big long terms loan. say 200k from lowest rate.

then reinvest in 0% SC. you know some performing UT > 15 to 20++% > FD

so you figure it out..

Has anyone heard of AMB Income Trust?
It's a fixed income fund from Amanah Mutual Berhad. I'm really impressed with its return (refer to link below) but then it's pity that FSM did not carry the said fund :S
