QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Apr 29 2013, 02:49 PM) u shud ask this at Stock Exchange section CDS account opening is free AFAIK. And what exit fee? CDS is for stock trading QUOTE(David83 @ Apr 29 2013, 02:54 PM) I meant what is referring to is transaction fee: brokerage fee + stamp duty + clearing fee yeah, exactly like what David83 said, thanks. I used the wrong words. Each buy and sell transaction will have them. Only brokerage fee is investment bank dependent. The rest is fixed. |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jun 20 2014, 01:53 PM) CIMB Global Titan Fund will still benefit from monetary easing from Eurozone and Japan. i see, thks for the clarification, like that i can have good sleep liao Tapering and interest rate hike expectation by Federal Reserve may not be a bad thing as it could signal a solid economic recovery. |

QUOTE(wongmunkeong @ Feb 17 2015, 03:33 PM) First rule in investing - no one knows better or can watch your $ better than YOU Thus, i ain't no expert and all the supposed experts are just "predicting" - they can't see the future, just like U & i. Having said so, my personal approach is: 1. Buy value & sit on it till it's "ridiculous". Note - "ridiculous" to me is when my net profits for that individual transaction hits more than DOUBLE my expected long term CAGR % (and i held more than 1 year) OR making more than 66% net in less than 1 year. 2. Buy in programmatically every period (4 mths or quarter or bi annually, etc.) with value averaging and when my value held is more than double my expected total returns % pa, i take some profits OR when my value held is more than my expected BUT less than double, i just don't pump in the cash. Simpleton approach - sorry if U expected rocket science er.. FYI - i did take some profits off-the-table based on (2.) for Global Tit Fund late last month for easier comparisons (for your own judgement call): Based on 13th Feb NAV: 33.37% net ROI IRR/CAGR 19.02% |

Guys I received pm from Lowyat forumer regarding this
Hello, Interested in an investment that returns 20% on a monthly basis ? And the BEST part is the monthly return directly bank into your account. Maximum investment allowed is RM 4,200. Every month you get RM 760. Can withdraw anytime at only 1% penalty. Meaning, you can try 1 month and still make a few hundred ringgit in profit smile.gif PM me if interested to know more. Anyone know about this? |
