1. whats your expectation return?
2. In whats field that you prefer invest to? etc: retail business, share investment, forex, property...
Anyway,I do know a investment which could providing 8-10% annual return without any lock period. For your case, i think its better since you have a deadline of investment duration (as you measure early just for 12 months).
