Sifu sifu sekalian,

I want to invest in funds denominated in SGD,but after looking at the 10 years return,the difference between the return from SGD fund vs MYR fund is less than 2%.

For the past 10 years,SGD has appreciated more than 20% against MYR.So shouldnt the SGD fund increase at least by that quantum?

Please enlighten me,thanks in advance

just a note that I noticed....
the MYR class was inception in 29 March 2016

29 Mar 2016 MYR vs SGD is 2.928
30 Mar 2019 MYR vs SGD is 3.011

variance abt 2.9%

well that is just my uneducated guess

After some amateur investment in Public Mutual China Select Fund and Lifestyle Technology fund in the past 2 years with negative returns, I'm thinking of trying out Bond Fund for lower risk but better returns vs FD.

Any comments/feedback on the CIMB 5.8% Perpetual Corp?

Is it a sub loan? FSM mentions a risk, something lost..
So if their loans defaulted to a certain level, they can write off the loan

Hi Sifus,

We are looking to develop a micro investing app in Malaysia for users to invest in foreign investment products easily and with low fees.

We would like to do a market validation on our idea to further refine it.

<Survey Link>

We would greatly appreciate if you could fill up this short survery form. It means a lot to us.
