Starting to invest in FSM but the trustee fee says minimum 18k. What does this mean? Invest 18k and above will be charged trustee fee? Or the minimum trustee fee is 18k?

UT is for long term..adn u need to sail the volatility of the fund performances
secondly, you need to do some homework beyond what the agent tells u

It does not have such risk when you are not the type of greedy and dream for sky returns in Forex. Forex Industry actually are not that kind of risky investment, it is just because of those so called trader who provide some dream to their investor. Even you walk in to Bank and give your hard earned money to them as FD or Unit Trust or bla bla bla, a return of 8% maybe, they are still doing the same thing putting in Forex also. It is the matter of how you count the maths to control on risk.

I'have been lurking in this forum for quite some time. Thanks to all contributors, I have gained some knowledge on investment, especially about unit trust. So, I have decided to try it out. So far, I am interested in signing up for CIMB Click einvest smart (the 60% in UT, 40% in FD thing). Here are the breakdown on my so called plan.

i) Eastspring MY Focus @ RM10k at 0% SC ...hope it does well...

ii) Eastspriing Dana Al-ilham @ RMxxk at 0%..    hopefully can go up to 1.4++

iii) Kenanga Growth Fund @ RMxxk at 0% high risk..

just over..at eunittrust end of 30 April which MNet inform us last 2 weeks ago..

just wait for another promo fr them...mostly now 1 to 2%...depends on funds & online..
