dual core is better in multistasking, like dua biji otak vs 1 otak

if u r running games or opening single program, single core like 1.83 is faster as games only detect 1 cpu only, thus dual core will be detected as 1.66ghz

when comes to multaskin, dual core will take the advantages, like 2 people doin lots of works come to 1 people doin lots of works, 2 people will be faster even they r gals (means lower ghz in this situation)

but get dual core is definely better, as it released with the 945 chipset with better gc n performance, while 1.83ghz vs 1.66ghz is actually not a big difference

save it and maybe spend it on more RAM or the 3 year extension warranty. Im worried everyday now cos my 1 year just expired. Renew 1 year must pay RM500+.

just a matter of time when dual core will be mainstream.
games will develope based on dual core in the future(if not soon).

and beside that, why not consider upgrade the hdd speed instead?
notebook hdd is slow tongue.gif
