QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jan 17 2013, 06:03 PM) O yah...!! you remind me about self reading Thank you. After 2-3day key in, will generate the amount to pay. And will send an email to you. Or go in check. After keyed in, the TNB website will gen out the payable amount ? Than you can pay direct in the website or your bank website. I found out it more convenience this way and no need wait for your bill. You control by yourself. |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jan 17 2013, 05:28 PM) TNB based on our past 6 months average to come out with bill anggaran, so some will get initial high anggaran bill and some will get low anggaran bill like LostAndFound. But when next actual bill come, the amount will be adjusted accordingly to actual 2 months usage. Consumers gets the benefit of averaging power usage under low tariff rates and TNB save manpower cost. Actually nope, maybe you can explain how they come out with such high figures for my house.Imagine I have to pay extra few hindreds, than 2nd month they only rebate. Imagine they collect such amount from 100000 home owner, how much extra they made? and say even 0.25% interest for that month? Don't forget they don't pay us back, just have -ve value and rebate later. |

There were no details prior to August RM680.31 E bill (anggaran), therefore i can't give any comment about why such a huge estimate bill. But I don't rule out wrong anggaran by TNB. Don't forget they don't pay us back, just have -ve value and rebate later. But as you can see from your last 6 months bills, the E bill (anggaran) was gradually reduce from RM680.31 -> 277.02 -> 213.10. Your latest 4 months average is 629.25 KWh, So I would predict your next E BIll (ops ! no more e bill next month) would be around RM211.26 or lesser. (May not be accurate because my calculation was based on past 4 months only.) |

Even one month anggaran, next month actual is really does not matter, Not much benefit to us. |

QUOTE(ozak @ Jan 18 2013, 09:43 PM) Last year Nov. Start send reading dec. My actual monthly KWh usage is like roller coaster, so i think self reading is to my advantage to maximise the cheaper tariff catergory under first 300 KWh. I suppose I can do "accrual" and "deferral" self readings to "even up" my monthly usage right ?Just go in here and register -> http://www.tnb.com.my/residential/manage-y...e-services.html |

Make me feel like, suddenly have high usage. And don't forget, TNB charge 1% extra for over rm77. After self reading, my average go down back to below rm70. And stable. |
