If l upgrade my streamyx to unifi vip5, after click Terminate Streamyx but did't click Terminate Phone Line from your form. the old phone number will remain for free rental?

Is the Upgrade From Streamyx To UniFi VIP5 Cash Rebate: RM74.50 + RM80 Aztech Homeplug Voucher still available from you? the cash rebate is from you?

if l apply as a new user then the cash rebate will be more, would it be better ? currently a streamyx user
