my current house phone line + 1MB streamyx package is under my brother's name. He's working in SG now

I wanted to upgrade my streamyx package to 8Mb. Is it possible that i can do the upgrade registration on his behalf? He do not need to be physically here for the upgrade process right ?? i just need to fill up his detail into the form will do??
