my current house phone line + 1MB streamyx package is under my brother's name. He's working in SG now

I wanted to upgrade my streamyx package to 8Mb. Is it possible that i can do the upgrade registration on his behalf? He do not need to be physically here for the upgrade process right ?? i just need to fill up his detail into the form will do??

If none, then can the business upgrade to faster speed streamyx package?
What is the procedure to do this?

I know this is a long shot without the address & all but what's the fastest streamyx speed available in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang & Bandar Country Homes, Rawang
Also could you check in Bukit Beruntung as well.

Want to ask about ur streamyx 4Mb package. I have already subscribe a streamyx line in my hometown. Does it allow to subscribe another line under my name in diff state?

Another ques, is it possible for a place to have only unifi availability but streamyx isn't available? This is told by an agent my housemate previously deal with, he moving out soon and cancel unifi subscription. If u able to check the availability, I can share my location to u. Thanks.

Hi Mika, registered with you for unifi last year, I just re-contract again with the offer of RM169 for vip10 after receiving a call from TM.

But my bill came today without any discount @ 199, how can I settle this?
If I call to TM about this, usually how long they use to amend?
Or there is other way to settle it quicker?

No UniFi if searching on the provided address. Taman Kajang Putra or Taman Putra Kajang, different address will have different result. Please make sure your address is correct.

Hi, since you renew contract directly with TM then you can only refer back to TM. I don't know what agreement between you & TM as you both only know.

Question is if I want to apply Streamyx, will my application consider as business eventhough I want to use in my house?

For TM, all business area no matter downstair or upstair, doing business or no do business are categories as Business Area and only can apply business package.

That is why TM got a package named Business Starter Pack 1M at RM99 for small businesses. Even cheaper than Home 1M Package at RM110.
