We need to check many things before registration are done which include Blacklisted Database, Fraud Database, Overdue TM Payment Status, Contract Status, Port Availability, Supported Speed, Coverage, etc..

There is currently no Facility to support this Streamyx Upgrade.
NIS TMB Error Code 65, Error Message from NIS "The requested speed 8192KBPS (Kbps) is not supported on DP DN_028_0005. The maximum allowable speed for the service number 009XXXXXXXX is 7421 (Kbps)"

But iinm 1st statement might not be actual "full" month period right?
and/or iinm the 1st statement is issued at the end of 2nd month (after installed)..

Can you confirm if the statement actual charge is lower than your advertised rebate RM223.50, you will also rebate back up to that amount or follow statement (if lower) ?

Hi, not everyone register on the 1st day of the month. Also please note that TM will charge 1 month in advance on their 1st Bill.

So, Pro-Rated month from the installation date + 1 month advance + stamp duty + 6% government tax = Your 1st Bill Statement.

Rebate are FIXED by TS to reward LYN Member and has nothing related with TM or TM 1st Bill.

so in other words, rebate will be RM233.50 regardless whether the 1st month bill is higher or lower than that amount?

It's not RM233.50. Please refer to 1st post and see properly.

Who cares about higher or lower, you're still paying RM149 VIP5 standard charges per month and every month for 24-Months.
