Rakuten purchase just arrived. took 5 days to get here including weekend.

@Zombiemonkey: yup, EMS expedited. essentially it took 3 working days to reach here from japan. cost 1,680yen. May I also suggest that TS place a thumbnail for this thread? Perhaps the G-Shock logo? hehe |

remove the bezel, stick a phone screen protector over the crystal and replace the bezel. done

Hotdamn G-Shocks are dirt cheap in TPE! picked up a G for a song. Plus foreign tourist gets another 5% VAT cashback at the airport. Too bad I was short on time so couldn't grab more than 1 piece hahaha

My G-Shock killer. I refer to it as this because this model has successfully killed any further desire to own more G-Shocks. Almost every other models I see now pales in comparison to this masterpiece. It's got everything I need & admire in G-Shocks and I've revered this as my grail piece. Of course opinions will definitely differ on what makes G-Shocks great but this is only from my humble perspective.
