guys... got a GR-7900... what I would like to know is this is my first tide/moon graph Gs... wondering do I need to set the tide/moon value in the watch? If I need to, what would the correct value be for Kuala Lumpur? Asked the shop and they also do not know it though...

2nd hand? there should be a small 1/4 front sleeve at the bottom.
