that's the difference on which market that particular model will be distributed to. as long as the front part (in this case, G-6900KG-3) are the same, then those two are 100% same. not sure about -CR but -DR are for international market. this might help:

JR= Japan Release
ER= European Release
DR= Distant Release (WorldWide)
CR= Close Relase (countries nearby Japan, eg China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia)

So the quality of the DR and CR watch should be no difference right? I noticed both was manufactured / made in china.

quality-wise should not be an issue. all the different market regions usually determine packaging. let say for a certain model some would get a tin can, some would get a mini-case, and some would only get ol' plain cardboard box

Both consider normal version of Master of G, so price range should be around rm500 to 600.
As for GW-7900KG will be slightly expensive and not easy to find in Malaysia since it is atomic/waveceptor version... it should be around rm700, if the non-atomic version should be around rm350 which is GR-7900KG

You are referring to GF8250ER?
G-Factory selling at RM1650, correct me if i'm wrong. You can probably get it around rm1100 to 1200 from dealer like Davis or Citytime.
