Is there a place/service that I can just pass the one of the spec sheet in the first page for them to build and I just pay up?

Ideally something like this http://www.performancepc.net/eclipse.html where I can just click and select the parts, enter CC details and wait for it to ship and arrive. And a point of contact if there is a problem.

I've looked around but cant seem to find a Malaysian equivalent.

So I can go to a low yat shop, pass them the spec sheet and ask them to build it? Havent been there for ages and I've never exactly bought a custom desktop before.
