is this spec good for medium gaming? mostly will be playing 1st person game like cod,battlefield etc. should i upgrade the gpu to leadtek 660 ti @rm899 or sapphire 7950 dual x oc @ rm989??

Take a look at the SG09/TJ08-E, they are microATX cases, and they are same in size as the Prodigy, or possibly smaller.  BTW, mATX boards are quite a bit cheaper than mITX boards. 650W is uber overkill for a single GPU setup. A quality 550W should be suffice. The Seasonic G 550 should do it just fine.  because of its looks. btw how much does your rig on your siggy cost?
