Hi sifus, need your recommendation, i'm trying to get a brand new monitor, which is better?

Dell 24" S2440L
OR
SAMSUNG 24" S24B350H

also, which cpu coller is best bang for buck: (will be used for occasional overclock for i7-3770k)
CM EVO 212
OR
CM 612s

Ok, thanks cable 707!:) would it be wise to get AMD sapphire radeon HD7870 now or wait for the new amd 8000s next year? will the price be the same for the same class ie 8870 would be the same price as 7870 when it is launched? need some expert opinion on this...as for additional CPU fans, any good pull push fans for corsair carbide 400r? planning to fill up all the possible fan slots (read that we need more pull fans and less push fan,is this true? if so, how many pull/push fan would you recommend for corsair carbide 400r?)...thanks:)

PS: is there a better casing than the 400R around the same price range? (RM300++ range)

my current casing is 400R and i've checked NZXT, it looks great/super cool! but is the cable management and cooling good for the NZXT? Thanks sifu!:)
