QUOTE(unequalteck @ Jan 29 2013, 11:33 PM) u see the side of ur fan where the power cable come out from, that's the exhaust side Ouh now i get it. Thanks for explaining to me. Really appreciate it.so if ur exhaust side is facing into the casing then the fan will be act as intake fan if the exhaust side facing outside of the casing then it will act as exhaust fan |

I recently bought a cooler master blademaster xtraflo 120mm. It has 4 pin and i connected it to the 3 pin at the mobo. It seems to be spinning so slow. The min RPM is 900 & max is 2200. I cannot control the speed at all using any software because it didnt detect the fan. It only detects my front chasis fan and cpu fan. Can someone teach me how to increase the fan speed?

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Feb 28 2013, 10:18 AM) looks like a faulty header bro, it should come with a molex to 3-pin converter right?? run it on that for max speed Where to get that molex to 3-pin converter? Someone told me that if i connect the 4 pin to 3 pin i camt control the speed and it will only run at max. But it looks like it only run at minumum speed.***WARNING*** Running a 2200rpm fan in full speed will generate a hell lot of noise |
