Hi all!

Hoping to ask some of the more veteran people in here, I'm looking to replace the case fans in my CM 690 III and I'm looking for 140mm fans. Maybe around 3 pieces. Criteria I'm looking for are:

1) A good cfm/noise ratio, (I know more cfm = more noise so I'm looking something that has a good combo)
2) PWM fans preferred
3) Non-led black fans preferred
4) I have a budget of roughly RM50 per piece
5) And hopefully something with a nice build qualiy

I've been google-ing here and there. And I found some that interests me, but there are some that I can't find in lelong such as the cougar vortex 140mm fan. Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

I'm very open to suggestions

Thanks for the suggestion! I've had a look at the CM JetFlo's and have taken interest to it, but I'm really keen on getting 140mm fans. One main reason that I'm opting for 140mm is as I have read, bigger fan=high cfm at lower spin rates. And I'm preffering PWM and preferably not going for fan controllers so I can just change it using software and because I'm just plain lazy(and most of all afraid that I forget) to go change the fan speeds during an insta-go-play-game-heavily-for-long-hours session. lol xD

And also in your second pic, I saw a cable running through the side of your HDD bracket, with some sort of resistor? perhaps. May I know what it is?

Luckily my mobo got 5 (1cpu+1opt+3sysfan) headers
Gonna go for a nepton 240m soon, so that leaves me with 3 left. And unluckily my exhaust fan suddenly died today (as if it knew I was looking around for a new fan) T.T

How noisy is jetflo120 compare to say noctua industrial ppc 120 2k one? I'm thinking of getting either one of those for my megahalems.

Oh thanks bro, I may want to try it myself. After all the jetflo are cheaper. Btw saw some non led jetflo at sri computer if thats interests you.

Hey guys, wanna ask what fan u guys recommend to get the most cfm out of a 120mm fan? Sound isn't a problem. Jz dun giv me deltas. If u guys hav recommendation, plz tell me whr to gt it too. Thx

last time I saw one selling at All IT hypermarket at lowyat. they have a bunch of deepcools there.
Haven't tried sickleflow X. Should be fine since it used a better bearing compared to the previous one.

OTOH I'm going to see if my newly acquired corsair AF 140 & AF 120 performed as it should be.

There are always those corsairs af 140 LEDs one. Doubt anybody wants to sell their jetflo 140mm if any.

If u are looking for uniformity, change all to jetlfos

Oh, so the mastercase got 2 140mm fans already. I think it is best to keep those 2 at front. For vertical position should last long time like the megaflow.

maybe can try WTB at garage sales? who knows u might get what u want.
