Can't give much comment as I've never tested any of the 140mm Spectre Pro
The 120mm Spectre Pro is awesome though.

Recommend me fan which is 14cm + silent vs high cfm ratio + low power usage for 24/7.
No need LED blink blink.

If possible, fan can get locally 

i see their fans  behind got many plastic lines, it would be kinda difficult to clean dust using a paint brush.

Non-pwm is better than PWM. Why are you swapping them? 

Not sure for Enermax Cluster, I have 2 Cluster 120mm, tried on mine, it won't come out. Don't dare to put too much force in it otherwise spoil.
I also have Enermax Magma 120mm, that 1 easily come out compared to Cluster. Use very little effort to pop in and out.

I'm currently thinking of getting 3 140mm Enermax T.B Silence (Turbine instead of Batwing).
But could not get much info on it, whether its pwm or non-pwm. Not much review/benchmark for this fan.

They have manual mode, 3pin and pwm version.
You can get the pwm version if your mobo is Asus that support AI Suite 2, so even pwm fan can be operate on voltage mode.

Starting from M5A99X i think, or any asus mobo that supported by AI Suite II, PWM fans can operate between voltage mode and PWM mode, that's one of PWM fan advantages, but when PWM fans operate at voltage mode, it will have cold start problem just like any other 3 pins fans.

Btw it's not something new, as pwm fan header have a fool-proof notch to let you insert it into 3 pins fan header 

Yeap, it works but it will spin at 100% duty on most regular mobo,
but latest Asus ROG mobo can auto detect whether if the fan is pwm or 3 pins, because it has a switch on the pwm fan header.
while Gigabyte mobo can change between PWM and voltage mode on BIOS, but i tried on their 890FX UD7 only, other mobo not too sure 

I can only think of Artic F12 and BitFenix Spectre Pro that's below RM50, others like the BeQuiet silent wings and Scythe Kama flow 2 is harder to find and not too sure of the SRP

Among these two, the Bitfenix Spectre Pro and the CM Megaflow, which do you guys prefer?

P.S, I'm using the Bitfenix Prodigy non-M case. Maybe gonna change to the Corsair 250D soon.

Any idea where can I get a good 200mm fan? LED/non LED. Something with decent airflow and static pressure

2. Spectre PRO All White 120
3. or i just stick with F12 PWM, just found out hikari85 selling them

I just built a new rig in Fractal Define R5 casing. It comes fitted with two 140mm fans which has less airflow.

I have been a big fan of Arctic F12 fans previously. Now that nobody is selling in msia, do you think its worth to order it from overseas or are there equally better silent fans with better airflow? theme is black and white.

Please advise.

hye guyz, between bitfenix spectre and id cooling PL, which one should i get?
gonna put 2 fans for front intake and 2 for top exhaust. versa H24 case.

hmm looks like spectre is not a good choice for front panel where there is storage bay there.
how about aerocool shark fan?
