CM megaflow/CMStorm Force 200 use Sleeve Bearing, it did't last long compared to Fluid Dynamic Bearings by Bitfenix Spectre Pro.

You can control the fan speed if your mobo have the ability to control fan through software. Not but the construction using fluid bearing are more lasting than sleeve bearing.

i dont think my b75 dgs support the fan control. more lasting meaning that the fan will last for years like 4 5 years or something?

the Aerocool predator should have great airflow capabilities I guess, the Hyper 101 should still be a good HSF.. have you cleaned the Hyper 101? and have you checked the TIM? but on another note, 55C is still ok
