if u r using new digital meter the price is like that one my house set up is = to you plus 4 computer that run avg 8 h per daymy house bill is around 450+-
the only thing u can do to cut down e bill is replace the old less efficient electric appllicant like a/c and fridge to new with better energy saving
btw 0.21 is only for first 200kwh 0ver 200kwh the price will go higher and higher
