Hello....
anyone can help to enlighten me for my doubt and issue happened to my XM2.
in 2012 Nov, i changed 4 brand new XM2 tyres. now its Jan 2015, initially my P2 service agent told me tyre got "crack"
was shock and go check, the so called "crack" appeared on 4 tyres.
few weeks later, i went back to tyre shop tht i change my tyres, the staff inspected and told me its sign of tyre hardening. its small crack on the surface of tyre, not on side wall....
This "hardening" issue were told is not covered by warranty....
anyone else facing similar issue???
Me too. After few mths using noticed cracked & worn out at outer tire shoulder. Went back to the tire shop & he said its normal. He said it's because car mileage is very low & always parked the car under the hot sun. went to another Michelin dealer & was ask to do alignment & balancing. Asked me have I changed absorber & mounting cause he said worn out absorber might also caused this problem. Told him I have already changed to new set of absorber before changing to XM2. give up.....this is my 1st & last of Michelin. anyone can help to enlighten me for my doubt and issue happened to my XM2.
