i have encounter this problem since last sunday.

i turn on my xbox to play some minecraft but unfortunately my profile are not shown. just my other profile that my friend use to play dragon's dogma on my console.

i thought my account was hacked so i go to xbox website and change my password whatsoever.

and i back to my xbox and try to download my profile.

but i cant download my profile instead i got this error code: 80070571

so how i want to get back my original online profile?

for now i use my other xbox profile but of course all my save games and achievements is lost.

I m presuming it due to corrupted profile. Not sure how did it happen especially if it affect ppl on xbl at the same time.

theres a few steps:

1. make sure you have your email and password correct.
2. go to "storage device", find your profile and delete it.
3. When prompt "delete profile only"
4. Excess"recover gamertag", and key in your email and password
5. Recovery will proceed and it should be fine later.

Not sure whats wrong, but a lot of profile went corrupted from what i heard. Its like a potential worm.
