fellow Insights owners - wanna ask if you feel the paint is really thin?
mine is 6 years old and already got all kinds of marks
Ok maybe its my fault for not washing and giving it a good polish once in awhile....
Mine seems to have watermarks that wont wash off

Anyone facing the same thing? Mine is Silver

Same experience. Last time guy from car body coating shop told me that Honda car paint is thin.

Polish will remove the watermark.

I'm using Insight year 2011. Got problem with aircond. Suddenly blowing hot air,

1. After driving about 30 - 45 minutes. Either I stop engine for a while (pergi kedai ka, etc) or after auto stop at traffic light
2. Frequently happened during hot weather, mainly during afternoon
3. Start / stop engine, on / off aircond or on / off ECON mode will not recover the aircond
4. Aircond suddenly recovered after 45 minutes driving (45 minutes in hot car)

Sent to various Honda service centres. All said my aircond is Ok. No leaking, wiring good, etc.

Last service centre quote RM4k for replacement of compressor, clutch, coil, filter & labour. Crazy man. Can pay for new car down payment. I think Honda service centre only good with normal scheduled maintenance or service. They're lousy or hopeless when dealing with complicated / more technical issue.

Read thread here for 2nd opinion. My condition match with compressor clutch issue. Maybe I should replace or repair that.

Any suggestion for reliable car aircond service / shop? Saw few people sent to Hinly, PJ.

Honda is using Denso aircond? Perhaps should I send to authorized Denso dealer? Denso service centre at Glenmarie have a lot of bad review though.

Yup. Mine to. In fact Honda Service centre technician will do the same thing too.

Throughout the past years, I experienced such incident twice.

Service centre staff bluntly asked "You selalu bawak kereta laju ke?".

We're driving Insight IMA for god sake. How laju we can go? doh.gif
