Upgraded My Q5 to HMD-1.1.7 2014-06-25 165749 (Android 4.03) that I bought from you in May 2013. All settings now reset to factory default and the preinstalled apps that you installed for me are removed. I did not backup before upgrading. Can you teach me how to install the apps and the launcher back?
