just got my box. Very efficient seller. Thanks nicety. But i have some question,

1. How do I backup the setting to SD card? I use ES explorer but I cant find the place for me to copy.
2. on QVOD how do I flip the page? when i click the dot at the bottom it doesnt flip
3. Can I change the main page? Mainly using CloudTV and QVOD
4. Using the onscreen mouse and keyboard really testing my patient. any alternative?

what do i do with the mouse to flip? stil cant flip....

hi nicety, the Q6ii that I bought from you a few months back now does not output audio no matter what I do. any idea what could be the problem?
