Yea, the hand phone security feature is not available in the Smart TV as the smart TV mobility is limited. Mostly the smart TV is stay at home, therefore Himedia do not add this feature in. Maybe could search some 3rd party apps in the google play.

Bro, found the screen lock solution for you, pls follow the below steps:
1). Goto google play, install the app GO Locker.
2). Open the app, click the top right New Settings
3). Activate the Go Locker and prevent home key setting
4). Click Security -> security type -> Pattern, remember the pattern you just made. The app will prompt for email.
5). Go back earlier screen, click Lock Screen
6). It will prompt you to install Lock Scren plug in.
7). After the plug in install, you will see another lock screen setting.
8). Activate one key lock enable
9). Activate suspended icon, then you will see fade image on your screen.
10). Click the fade icon to lock Q5.
11). Pull down the lock screen bar to unlock your screen, it will prompt 4 by 4 pattern screen, draw your pattern to unlock the screen.
12). You can try to change the security type to password instead of pattern up to your preference.
