hi , does the q5 pro support 10 bit playback?

Got the Q5pro over the weekend. Its working fine but with one problem. I am randomly getting the error message the System UI has stopped. And the message keeps coming back on even after i press ok or cancel. Is there anyway to solve this ?

I have flashed my Q5 Pro and have lost all my apps. I have access to your One Drive, can you let me know which apps I should install from your list? There is so many apps.

Also I also have Q6II and I am trying to install the latest firmware. I am using 1.0.4 and trying to upgrade to 1.0.9. Do i just download the latest version and upgrade or need to upgrade from 1.0.5 ? I tried download the 1.0.9 and upgrade but the box says cannot find the file. What is the file name i need to change to? Is it update.zip? The file i download is update_dualcore_Q6_emmc.zip

I have problems playing 10bit videos that i download (mostly anime). It stutters and skip frames and there alot of graphic noise (choppy graphic). Any way to fix this ?
