I have the Q5II on the latest official firmware (the one with mango tv). How do I exit the himedia interface and go to the classic android interface?

The volume for some of the movies in Showbox are very soft, using the app's own player or other players makes no difference. Any way to resolve?

it's soft comparatively, need to put 20/60 of tv volume. but there are others that need 30/60...

u can try archos player from playsotre - there is a volume control to boost audio.

anyway, showbox has been down since early morning, reported worldwide if not mistaken...

If a particular subtitle selection seems out of sync and one would like to select another, is there a good way to do it?

which app/addon r u referring to - xbmc/kodi? xbmctorrent? showbox? popcorntime?

nicety, i'm trying to download the showbox apk from your live drive. but every time i download, the file size always show 0 size. any idea why?

PS: i use firefox to download.

Just pm you the alternative link to download Showbox. Will double check my APK file to ensure no problem.

thanks. managed to download v3.7 and installed. was also prompted to upgrade but didnt upgrade yet.

one thing i realize is that i cant navigate around the apps using the remote control directional keys (top, bottom, left, right). anyone has such issue?

PS: this is so much easier to use as compared to XBMC

like popcorn time, u need to use a mouse or the mouse function on remote.

Just bought Q16, and very pleased with it with one exception to date. Downloaded a paid EPG to use for recording, and it's not compatible with Kodi, in fact couldn't even find it in there.
Could see it in XBMC Gotham, but that of course isn't working any longer.
Any one know of an alternative.??? I really need a way to record, as the time difference for me and back home is 8 hours.

I have a little problem whit a Q5 4K3D, I created a folder in the internal card and named it "Setup" and put some file inside, also create a subfolder named App and copy some files.apk inside, now I want to delete delete but can't!

The file manager (built in and Es File Explorer) return me the message "failed" every time I try to delete a single file or a folder!?!

I only do a restore of the firmware (for a crash) , what can changed...?

Why I can write but can't delete?

There is no way to back to Android classic interface, but you can install 3rd party launcher to overwrite.

Is there's a way to root this box?
