some also allow the use of native himedia player, which is even better for video quality, can get subs via native player.

When you play Movie in MoviesHD, click top right corner icon then it will show list of player to switch as per below screen :

Dear Customer,

Please to be informed that firmware 204 is ready in OneDrive and tested. If you plan to upgrade, it is very important that you follow the upgrade path sequence :

1.0.x(android 5) -> 201 -> 203 -> 204

A). If your current firmware is Android 5(1.0.x), pls download the firmware from sub folder "Android 5.1 to 7", version 201.

B). If your current firmware is Android 7(2.0.1 or 2.0.3), pls download the firmware from subfolder "Android 7", follow the firmware upgrade path sequence.

C). Please do not jump version -> 1.0.x(android 5) -> 201 -> 203 -> 204

D). Use the Recovery/Restore button to upgrade the firmware

E). The is major upgrade, all apps and data will be clear and wipe off. Just restore the apk files from One drive, restore Kodi from "5 Steps Quick Restire Kodi 17"

P/S: Android version upgrade from 5 to 7 is different from typical bug fix firmware upgrade, please be patient and follow the instruction strictly. Some upgrade might take more than 20 minutes, please don't power off half way of the upgrade. Ensure you download the correct firmware each time.

No worry, download the apk files from OneDrive to Pendrive and reinstall again. Kodi could be restored via "5 steps quick restore Kodi 17".

Q5II is old model does not support 4K, does not support HDR, does not support H.265 and does not support 10 bits colour. If you force play the files then no picture.

Thank you for inquiry. The apps to be installed depend on which apps you need. I would suggest you sort the apk by date in order to split between new and old apk files. To be noted that the file naming convention told you the apps native language in Chinese, English and Indian.

For your Q6II, pls share with me your model is EMMC or none emmc. If you forget which model you purchased, pls ok me your email address, I will check your purchase history.

Media Center optimized to fix the ultra long context might not be able to display problem.
Loading note added to the top right corner of media center when it is loading the list.
A blue edge appear when playback video at 2.35:1 ratio issue fixed
Occasionally not able to display Chinese subtitle of 4K Blue-ray videos issue fixed
Continual restart result in crash issue fixed
Pre-existing stop running of video player issue fixed
Movie Bar app searching speed accelerated and posters of soap operas issue fixed
Movie Bar app optimized with a new info box for uninstalling U disk, and shortcut of LAN and NFS

Default the setting of video output at Advanced Settings as Extrude

I did not recommend to upgrade if you did not need the bluray full menu.

Anyhow, if you would like to upgarde just download the firmware from OneDrive as per link mentioned in the getting started guide. You found firmware upgrade step by step guide in the OneDrive.

One of the key selection criteria for TV box is the video and audio codec. Please compare the supported codec between N3550 and Hi3798 CV200 then you understand the differences.

If you buy typical PC desktop, you need bundle good sound card and display card, for the Hi3798 CV200 the sound and video codec and processing are build-in the chipset.
