hi , i have a 500 gb external usb drive and i wanna use it for xbox 360 ..is there any way to bypass 16 GB limit ...i wont be using XBL due gold member expired .. my console is a un mod .. is there any way for that for unmodded console!

the latest update uses 32gb storage. and no, it limited to 32gb per usb port.

also this does not affect xbl gold or free in anyway or another.

No way dude, there's no way to bypass that. even if you modded the console the bypass is only on internal HDD.

There is no way an unmod xbox can have more than 16GB external storage.. Unless it's Jtagged / RGH..

ya yesterday i tried it was 32 GB ..so that means i only have 32 gb no worth for my 500 gb external hdd

yes, why not just get an internal hdd

if you buy it at PA its rm400++. if you purchase from SG its $159.

3rd party its rm210. its ok if your going to use it as game storage and profile storage. however, i dont recommend storing paid content cos theres drm content.

You may even consider buy youself a WD harddisk at Lowyat & DIY so you'll save the cost.

The HDD casing can be found in most of the game shops

that is the one i try to flash my toshiba hdd but not working ..BTW can i put the 2.5 hdd in xbox 360 without the casing??
