I ve deal twice with playtime currently and so far so good

judging by all replies here in this thread i guess its better to avoid Playtime in the future

Regarding kelvin case im giving you my full support

And i think in my opinion Playtime deserve a dispute tag
Reasons are:
1- fail to respond to dispute thread with proper explanation
2- Being irresponsible seller
3- Being a rude seller

And to playtime dont try to make a duplicate account to boost your reputation

To Playtime: Thanks for responding customer complaints and personally i think you guys need to improve after sales service and i can still accept rude attitude from time to time but to knock off customers with a profanity is just plain unprofessional
