Yup no matter what situation, pls dont carut ur customer.yes we know,when it come to warranty claim from the oversea,there will be a lot of hassle but it can be handle properly instead of this.lesson to learn, pls buy official sony malaysian product biggrin.gif

Btw, don't misunderstand between the "product" that you buy from OFFICIAL SONY OUTLET & between THIS TYPE OF SHOP...I mean the warranty might be different...  doh.gif

There always a risk involve for the buyer who bought a product from the grey market which the grey product refer to "legal goods" which are sold outside normal distribution channels by companies which may have no relationship with the producer of the goods.because of that,the seller might or might not have ability to pursue the warranty claim on behalf of his customer depending on his relationship with the oem.so,the buyer need to tolerate about the time consuming n the seller really need to find solution to quicken the process n in the same time keep a good reputation.just my singgit dua posen.
Btw,i also bought vita singapore set.paku dulang paku serpih,kata org dia pun lebih.isk
