Hope that Playtime can resolve this issue ASAP. By making an excuse and delaying/avoiding request from customer is not a good after sales service. Some more with harsh word sent over to customer sms, it's quite rude. For a big gaming shop and I can say quite well known in this forum, this will ruin your business.
