wow, Tim pretty cute. Hiring lawyers will do you nuts. You're be infront of the CT yourself and the disputed consumer. If you think hiring a lawyer would give you an ego boost by trying to apply duress onto the consumer, think again. And regarding the standing up cost for lawyers just so you know, if you lose you'll be footing the bill instead so stop trying to tilt the boy out with those words. Your lawyers would tell you to settle amicably trust me. Not only is your case is weak looking at all these backlogs of complain and circumstantial evidence, you can't even explain the undue delay on your part and your effort to settle this before it was brought to the CT, and you expect yourself on the winning side? Tough luck pal. smile.gif

Ask them no need toh toh lan yeh. proceed with everything only. now they know about your knowledge of the misrepresented "SG" set, now act cute give you reply and all. That was supposed to be 3 months ago.

Like I said early. They confirm give you back SG set by hook or by crook one since that's the item that was represented to TS. I'm sure PlayTime's lawyer got tell them how this case would go also. whistling.gif
