just finish reading the thread .. what i can conclude .. PLAYTIME is not PLAYSAFE brows.gif when comes to after sales service doh.gif

Shame on the owner .. they should do some rebranding because their shop already full of shit !!

To Playtime: Thanks for responding customer complaints and personally i think you guys need to improve after sales service and i can still accept rude attitude from time to time but to knock off customers with a profanity is just plain unprofessional

Used to frequently buy from this shop 2 years ago, 1stly bought ps3, then ps3 games.. sc2, then diablo3. All pm rocket_jet 1st.. b4 i go bsc..

but recently, i went to buy gw2.. walk in customer.. I asked, how much gw2, they replied rm200. Then i replied, ehh.. ur forum write rm180 ma..? They sarcasticly replied.. u got pm me? .. I just replied. Im frequent customer. They diam diam.. like not happy like that.. sell to me at rm180.. This is replies from the workers.. Not that chinese boss..

All i can say is, train your worker properly. U famos is because of LYN only.. without LYN support.. you wont be so big.

Like father like son, this is what I can think of.

Pretty sure they got member/non-member price. They have ask buyer where they come from, for every time. This lower customer's buying experience quality because customers don't feel comfortable when get asked question like this.

Like I said early. They confirm give you back SG set by hook or by crook one since that's the item that was represented to TS. I'm sure PlayTime's lawyer got tell them how this case would go also. whistling.gif

Hey bro, goodluck with your case.

BTW I have stop buying from this seller due to his broken promise on my Diablo 3 Collector's Edition,
Prebooked it at the standard market price but later charged me for MYR 700.00 for it.
Bullsh*t. They dont keep their promises at all.
wasted my chance to own any D3 CE.

Gamers need to be united so that this kind of seller will learned their lesson the hard way.

I bought some games from them as well previously.
Still remember got once I asked them about the availability of the game, they told me got stock. After I drove to their shop,they told me no stock... and asked me to wait for 2 weeks...wasted my petrol and time. I rather buy online by trusted seller through postage.

My advice to Playtime owner,please do train your workers well...some of them really have attitude problems like you.

phone/sms direct its not a solution, the best always is face him instead and also can see proper details and what situation on the spot .

just my 2 cents sweat.gif

and of course sometimes i dont like his style when asking for pricing in stock wont reply . so until now didnt deal with him before lol .

until now Playtime still have lots of customer .. nvr deal with them before and luckily didnt deal with them .. their after sales services is bad ..
i think even if we walk in and just asking for the game they will not entertain u ..

remember 1 phone shop in ss15,subang jaya that sells cheap mobile phone (iphone/samsung etc) .. also cust serv skill sucks!! they will not entertain u from A to Z ..
