If you think hiring a lawyer would give you an ego boost by trying to apply duress onto the consumer, think again. And regarding the standing up cost for lawyers just so you know, if you lose you'll be footing the bill instead so stop trying to tilt the boy out with those words. Your lawyers would tell you to settle amicably trust me. Not only is your case is weak looking at all these backlogs of complain and circumstantial evidence, you can't even explain the undue delay on your part and your effort to settle this before it was brought to the CT, and you expect yourself on the winning side? Tough luck pal.

used to deal with this shop until they treat me badly when i do a walk-in purchase. i rather spend my dough with other shops. good luck guys

I din see the sticker U mention, but I saw there a statement stated " the warranty only valid in Singapore......", so I assume its a Sg set.

if im not mistaken, before the vita officially launched in singapore, alot of resellers are bringing in stock from HK. perhaps you guys got one of those stock.

TS i as a fellow consumer and ex-sony staff fully support you in this case. That shop already cross the line. To rocktank, you can check the model number etc.CECH-3006 with the last number "6" indicate the region. If im not mistaken 1=HK

another problem pooping in my mine, although u got ur vita back, and its took 3 months to claim, will it affect the warranty period? i mean when u sent it back u still hv 6 months warranty, it took 3 months to repair, then the warranty period left 3 months or 6 months?
