- depending on your budget and yourself. there's a discussion of logo design prices somewhere here. hope it wasn't pruned.

Web Design & Implementation
- depending on your budget again and what are you seeking? just a website? or something that provides more value to your users/customers? From the no-value to the most valued; RM250-RM2000+

Webmastering
- what do you mean by webmastering anyway? a programmer/developer or someone to just maintain the website? anyway, I'm assuming a maintanance thing. this could normally be anywhere between RM50-RM500+ a month.

webdesign, no-value RM250?
what's no value? simple pages like those in geocities?

Ever been to a website which is very well designed with all the new styles/trends you see around today but whoops! the designer/developer/agency/client/boss forgot one very important thing of website today..

Usability

Don't be afraid admitting you don't know it or don't even bother thinking about it because most firms/agencies today don't anyway. Why is the country this way? Well, Malaysian Website Designers are Soon Extinct.

Anyway, a website of high value is one that fulfills the needs (or wants) of the customer and not its boss/designer/developer. Amazon for instance is a high value website.
