I take back what I said. Item came in the mail late, and worst of all it came DOA. It was only been used for the first time weeks later that I found out that it was DOA in the first place, and seller refuses to change the item. I don't mind subsidizing for the change; it's my fault that I'm reporting after his 1 to 1 warranty week period, but the lack of tact and his failure to test the item before shipping out shows his responsibility as a seller in LYN.

Seller now is offering a remedial solution for now. Thanks.

3rd edit:

Item now works, the positive terminal wasn't properly making contact within the charger. Twirled the contact a little and it charges wonderfully now. Will try it on other cars to confirm by end of this week.

But when i use galaxy charging current apps, it shows the upper one charge at 1200mah, and the lower one is at 600mah..
