campro is a DOHC engine which has better power torque on higher revs, hence the unsutiability to drive in cstop-go condition
HRMM... so if my main usage is gonna be JAM to work and JAM back from work...
I'm gonna USE up a LOT of petrol and kena JUMP QUEUE like crazy? sad.gif
Help... will Gen2 or Wira be a better choice then?
but i really luv the leather seats. *drool*
not to mention the price. Gen2 manual w airbags is like SAME PRICE! sad.gif

gen 2 still a nono as it's using the peaky Campro too. Better bet is to look for a new Wira which has a single cam and produces a lot of torque (Particularly their old 1.6 and 1.8's)

i just checked proton's website.
they still selling WAJA w OLD ENGINE for 2006.
SAME PRICE as Campro one.
which should i choose?
from what i have gathered (plz correct me if wrong)
OLD ENGINE: better power in low rev (compared to CAMPRO)
CAMPRO: better power at high rev.
CONCLUSION: city driving .. old enging > campro?

However, does buying the OLD ENGINE means the INTERIOR also got problem like the earlier releases?

I dont SPEED or nothing... so i dont really care about TOP SPEED.
but since i have to go thru JAM and deal with roller-coaster (35-40 degree climb) roads ... i need one with POWER. i hate FLOORING the accelerator and crawling in SLOW SPEED.
I like to drive MANUAL with feeling of power. But i guess my driving style "makan minyak" tongue.gif

Plz advise.. i am thinking of getting one within this month. Thanks!!!
