I realize tht 55% IRR for my front windscreen tint is not enough. I still felt the heat compare to my side and rear window which is 80% IRR.
I wonder can i use the RM168 coupon to just upgrade for front windscreen oni or not? Of course need to top up la i know. Hmmm..... |

QUOTE(squareballs @ Nov 9 2007, 12:58 PM) Mobil good?next time will try as my fuel i support mobil/esso.. Im using mobil semi sync 10w 40. Before this is Shell mineral 10w 50. Altho more protection for the engine. I felt its a bit too heavy de. And harder to start in the morning also. So when i look for the next service i look for 10w40. I'm cosidering for 10w30 for next one but scared if its a lil to light since the engine already more than 100k de. But definately should hav better performance la.QUOTE(squareballs @ Nov 9 2007, 12:58 PM) Performance wise..Go for K and N..Open pod as i know not so suitable for auto cars.. K&N for drop in or if u wan open pod find Apexi.Exhaust system,Try go for hotbits or Zenden whole set..Better pay more for branded rather than Going for cheap stuff and regret.. For hotbits and Zenden u can go to 1 utama's eneos..Just go there have a look,i think u should know how to go to 1 u right? Installing a VS should work,After VS install grounding to your car..They should work perfectly for 5 year old car..As for new car i think no effect.. For the safety..i dunno anything as im still a rookie in this.. Bar..U mean strut bars, anti roll bar,Bla bla bla..All this are for your handling corners..But If u always drive slow den i think no point installing these, make your car heavier only.. That's all i know..Correct me if im wrong..cheers~~ Hotbit exhaust some say easily spoiled. One year plus KO de. Start to hav hole. Something about the metal not thick enough or something. Zenden dont produce exhaust anymore. They close shop de iin this department. Used to be very good exhaust tho. Pity..... VS for waja actually has less effect base on experince of wpc members. They recommended grounding is better. Bar actually u need to c how u drive ur car. When u drive. If u feel got understeer abit during cornering or u need ur car to change direction more accurately, then have a front strut bar installed. Understeer problem also can somewut be corrected by installing a ARB. But wont help much is ur understeer is damn bad. That u need to check ur suspension de. ARB also helps if u wan to induce a little more oversteer during cornering so u can take corner faster. Lower rear strut bar in a waja is useless. So dun bother fixing that. Waste of money only. Just my 2 cents |

QUOTE(Tanakwagu_noh @ Nov 10 2007, 12:05 AM) anyone have pasang 2way alarm on his/her waja?planning to pasang one soon..so need feedback/reccomendation from u all. Ive done some research on this. I very much depend on ur budget. Big budget get expensive one la. Medium budget that probably look for radiostar. Thats probably around 1k. Low budget like me probably will look something cheaper like carvox (radiostar rebrand from this) or steelmate. Of course quality is doubtful la. If u wan assurance then go get radiostar. At least if something goes wrong u hav someone to ***. QUOTE(squareballs @ Nov 10 2007, 12:26 AM) already have immobilizer,i think not bad lo.. I've had tht too in my car attached to the original alarm. It suppose to be use to detect glass breaking. Its not a motion detector. Waja car afaik dun hav motion detector. All their alarm trigger by contact points.i add high frequency motion detector, when people tab the glass with something metal alarm goes off.. with alarm on if in the car,if there is any sound alarm goes off.. Only newer version of waja hav immo. Like mine older one dun hav. |

QUOTE(maddriver @ Nov 10 2007, 04:28 PM) Performance Ive heard something called teppet adjustment. But im not really sure about the detail. You mind explain?Open air filter <-- many ppl said auto car not suitable, but some said it's more better.. confused.. Mytheology crank pulley <-- wa lao, very expensive.. don know it's worth for money or not.. exhaust system <-- might get from kweng84, he got a lot of good feedback Voltage stabilizer <- this is a very big doubt for me, does it really work?.. Safety brake pads <-- might get from howiechoo.. brake hose <- i saw from magazine, anyone using it? the brand is PRO RS.. suspension <-- how is this work? hmmm?? bar <-- do waja really need to install bars? i also have no idea.. drop in air filter is better. the crank pulley, i can assure u, it's really good. exhaust system just leave it standard voltage stabilizer, don't waste time. just get the car properly grounded. brake pads, 550 degree pads more than enuf for your car brake hoses, don't waste money suspension set-up, i've got heavy duty servicable shocks, a good bet if u wanna keep the height standard bars? those are to keep convicts in jail, not to put in your car if u wanna go for more power, a fast road spec camshaft will be good, too Crank pulley as in Methology or urs?? |
