1. We will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused during the shipping process. I will ensure that items are properly packed before shipping.

4. Reservation is not allowed unless a deposit has been made. Deposit is not refundable.
5. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless stated with warranty.
6. Any problems should be reported within 24 hours after receiving your items. We hold no responsibility for damages due to improper use of items.
7. Please do not hesitate to ask for any extra details or photos. We'll try our best to fulfill your requests.
8. **First come first serve. After placing your order, you will be given ~12 hours to make payment/deposit to confirm your order. If no payment has been made, it will be release to the next customer.**

10. Please note that warranty products only covers manufacturing defects and the warranty does not cover product being abused or misused or broken by the user.
11. Customers would need to take pictures and send it to me before warranty. Also customer would need to ship the defective product back at the cost of the buyer.
