Hi guys,

My gf is a member of Fitness First Damansara Uptown. Recently they have decided to move to Paradigm Mall, and she decided not to continue with them.
They have very "graciously" waived the penalty for cancellation, but still insist on charging one month's membership fee to cancel.

In the first place, they are the one who are moving, and yet they want to charge us one month's fees? It's not a big amount, but i can't stand the principle.

Anyone else experience this? Or any thoughts on this?
