What more could you ask for to start your day?
Benitez in the Chelsea helm and seeing City dump out of the UCL. Nice. |

But but but.. this would be funnier..
If I was one of the numerous Chelsea fans in the past slating and giving stick to the Liverpool fans about Benitez the fat waiter I'd be pretty gutted right now. |

QUOTE(SGSuser @ Nov 22 2012, 08:31 AM) Rafa Benitez talking about Chelsea in 2007... Rafa Benitez (in 2007) We don't need to give away stupid plastic flags to our fans to wave - our supporters are always there with their hearts and that is all we need. Its the passion of the fans that helps us win matches - Not flags. Chelsea fans lack passion. Rafa Benitez (2012) appointed Chelsea interim manager FACT! |

Redknapp took out bottom of the table club and survive. Portsmouth. Spurs. And now Rangers. I have a strong feeling he could make it. If not, at least he try.
On the other hand, Benitez waited for 2 years for a top club... |

Adel’ll do for Fergie
ALEX FERGUSON is weighing up a shock move for QPR’s maverick midfielder Adel Taarabt. The Morocco play-maker impressed Manchester United’s boss and coaching staff in the Rs’ 3-1 loss at Old Trafford on Saturday. And with Fergie set to offload Portugal winger Nani while also losing faith in Ashley Young, Taarabt is being looked at as a possible replacement. The 23-year-old was not a favourite of new QPR chief Harry Redknapp during their time at Spurs. Redknapp never started Taarabt in a Premier League game and allowed him to go on loan to Loftus Road before he was sold for good in a bargain £1million deal prior to the 2010-11 season. So if Redknapp could get good money in for the mercurial but inconsistent Taarabt, he would be tempted to let him go. Ferguson knows Taarabt is still a work in progress but also recognises that, on his day, he is capable of running a game against the best sides the Premier League has to offer. In contrast, Nani and Young have failed to set the world alight for United in recent months. Nani has made just 15 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring two goals. England international Young, meanwhile, has played five games fewer than Nani and has yet to score. Source |

QUOTE(roytomas8998 @ Nov 27 2012, 04:13 PM) i think if anderson lose some weight and gain a bit more muscle and stamina, he could become a better player. he got the skills and technique, he's not bad at all. just let him play with cleverly more often. sooner or later carrick n fletcher will retire too, unless they do a strict health regimen like giggs.. Just for the LOL then anderson can play together more often with cleverly with powell as backup. unless we can buy kevin strootman... United ace flashes toned stomach in swipe as fitness critics From the sublime to the ridiculous, Anderson's Manchester United career has been a series of skilful peaks and fitness troughs. Saturday was certainly the former. The Brazilian emerged from the bench with United trailing QPR, but within 13 minutes had turned a 0-1 into 3-1, claiming a direct assist for Javier Hernandez's decisive third. And in an act reminiscent of David Ginola's famous shirtless celebration against Manchester City in 2000, Anderson seemed to take a subtle swipe at those who have questioned his fitness. More Anderson's stomach |
