Usually MNC company have this kind of education program, allowing their staff to grow. But the tricky part is the rules, some company will put this down, if fail exam, you need to pay for the course for that semester or what ever. There are contract that bind to the reimbursement, you don't get free lunch for nothing.

It's true. Some MNC will subsidize you to go for training in order to assist you in your career development in the organization. It's all depends on the company policy.

The course tuition reimbursement is for your course at local not overseas. While you work full time and study part time, you claim the reimbursement from your company if you past the exam, most company require you to pass the exam or else you have to come out the money from your own pocket.

I think only little company will provide reimbursement for overseas course, we are talking degree or master here. Correct me if I'm wrong, because so far, all the company I worked for, they reimburse local course where you work full time and study part time or you can take exam leave.

The main requirement is the course you study must be relevant to your job responsibility, yeah, now I remember.
