• For delivery, online redemption is from 10 August 2012 - 10 November 2012. You will receive your delivery within 14 working days. Delivery begins 24 August 2012
•Additional RM12 per book is chargeable for delivery to West Malaysia and additional RM15 per book is
chargeable for delivery to East Malaysia
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion unless stated otherwise
Refer the Terms above, I submitted my file on 30/10/2012 which expected I shall get my album roughly around 16/11/2012 -21/11/2012. On same day & next few days i submitted my file to them , I sent few emails to the merchant (http://www.lolliartz.com/). But they totally not reply me.
Then I made my first complaint to https://livingsocial.com/malaysia . The customer help by the living social mentioned if the merchant not reply me then i can request for refund. After few emails send, still no reply, so i request refund from https://livingsocial.com/malaysia. Finally I've a replied which is an auto reply email mentioned the merchant had received my file. Next, I replied the merchant to inform them I need to get my album by 20/11/2012 as it is my wedding album which need to u on the week of 20/11/2012. Also I request new company address & new contact from the merchant, again & again I send emails to them, they totally not reply my emails, again I make another complaint to https://livingsocial.com/malaysia , finally I've got my first reply from the customer service (cs@lolliartz.com) saying my order already in process & will send me another payment link my delivery fee sooner, again & again I wait for days & sent my few emails of my inquiry regarding whether i can receive by 20/11/2012, but the service from their customer service is : NO REPLY.
Again, my another complaint to https://livingsocial.com/malaysia, I mentioned if the merchant still not reply my email / fully refund if I can't get my album by 20/11/2012, I will complaint to NCCC & other related authority, finally this time they take serious action.
pls note all the following reply are by the help customer of livingsocial, the merchant do not reply me
first, I got
The merchant will commit the photobook delivery.
Please give the merchant some time to process your delivery.
2nd
The Lolliartz replied that your file is in progress of processing.
You will be able to receive the album in mid of December.
3rd
The merchant has committed your order and you will be able to receive the album on 15/12/2012.
Please refer to Lolliartz if you have further concern.
excuse me, from 30/10/2012 i sent my email & mentioned i need it by 20/11/2012, now u tel me "will be able... 15/12/2012" . In the terms mentione WITHIN 14working days, I gave 3weeks time to process, now the merchant not only not reply all my emails, but the 3rd party inform me that I only can get on 15/12/2012. T&C promise 2weeks, but now become 6weeks??? Since not able to get it on time, i requested for refund which mentioned in the terms, why still refuse to refund? Does this company exist? The merchant 's FB is not exist at all now, & found livingsocial FB also had others customer do the complaint & thinking to report to police.
Dear all, if you want to print your album, think twice if you wan to use http://www.lolliartz.com/. This company could be Con & does not exist.
