normally i wash using home shower to flush d dirt out...can use normal soap to soak?

can try on ur 5k service...at least it will b better than Shell EO (i assume)
since it is just for ur 5k service...so u can hv a try...i think it wont be worse than shell...i used shell for 1k,5k,10k & 15k...at 20k only use cusco...30k using blitz till now...

saddient,u dun feel engine sluggish/rough ka?n wad eo u used for ur previous 15k service? semi or fully synth?

oh ya for ur case...since u already skipped 20k major service...i guess wadever need to be changed just get it changed...
everything...except those magnetrap thingy or d water washer fluid for ur windscreen thing...others pls change (if u r using stock air filter/ stock spark plug)

my battery DIED on the 6th month of using...urs one nearly 1.5 years. consider normal.
i saw persolution there...

haha.. I dont have the tools to open up the engine to check lah.. Just get all ur service done.. Do all the oil changes necessary.

Yeah.. ATF = Automatic Transmission Fluid mah..

What to change
1) engine oil, get a semi sync and service again after 5k.. So that u can remove the sludge accumulated so far.. 
2) EO filter
3) Gear oil
4) Check ur spark plugs, whether got excessive sludge builtup or not.. If its very black, then time to change.. Take picture and post it here if u are not sure.
5) change ur coolant
6) check ur brake oil

Semi sync EO is around Rm110 and below..
ATF use Petronas XP3 is RM150
EO filter around RM15
Check spark plug.. If got a lot of carbon deposit, change new Iridiums will cost u 150.
Coolant RM30
Brake oil Dot 4 / Dot 5.1 around RM30.
